The importance of the uniform for the Girls is 3 fold. A uniform makes sure that no girl feels left out, teamwork is a central core of our mission and the uniform helps us reinforce that. Uniform inspections get Girls accustomed to the discipline of being organised and neatly presented. And lastly Girls love to see the progression of the ranks visualised in their uniform, the day an explorer graduates from a Red Jumper to a White Blouse is a special coming of age.
